Someone just emailed me several voice recordings of a Venezuelan (I think) passing himself off as Cuban to a Cuban Supermarket, Cuba Compras, manager, to a five star Cuban Hotel, Hotel Habana Libre reservationist and the national celluar phone company, Cuba Celulares. He asked the manager about purchasing the goods with Cuban pesos and was told policy was to accept only dollars, no Cuban pesos. He asked a reserving a room for his honeymoon and when he told the Habana Libre reservationist he and his wife were Cubans, he was told Cubans are not allowed to stay there. He inquired about getting a cell phone and was told only foreigners were allowed to purchase cell phones. If you ask me, the whole Cuban administration are idiots.
